The ‘Nature experience’ has a huge potential to trigger the sensitivity towards nature appreciation and conservation, leading to positive environmental actions at different levels. Nature education at Siddharth Foundation focuses on biodiversity awareness and conservation, ecological balance and sustainable living. We engage with individuals/ organizations and institutions to sensitize and act towards adaptations to climate change.
Curated Nature Day Outs
In the modern world with nature deficit disorders, any exposure to nature has a curative role. We conduct specifically curated ‘Nature Day Out’ programmes in forested habitats to enable people from all walks of life experience and understand nature.
Nature Camps
Our nature camps provide experiential learning through interactive presentations, group discussions and nature trails punctuated with spaces for reflection.
Women’s Wetland Watch
To popularize wetland biodiversity and encourage local environment understanding, Siddharth Foundation has formed a Women’s forum. This group is involved in engaging with local biodiversity through bird, butterfly and odonate watching in local wetlands and forest areas.
